How do I book my session?

Reach out to me and we will choose a date that works best for you! In most situations, a verbal agreement will be all that is required and payment by cash or check will be due at the time of the session. During a busy season, such as Fall, you might be asked to sign a contract and pay a deposit to guarantee your spot.

What happens if I am late, have to reschedule or cancel my session?

Please plan on being at the agreed upon location at your scheduled time. I understand that things happen but the amount of time that you are delayed could be subtracted from your session time. For example, if you have an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, your remaining session time could be limited to 45 minutes. This delay could also effect the number of images you receive.

Life happens! If you or I need to reschedule due to illness or an uncontrollable circumstance, please give as much notice as possible and I will do the same. Your session will not be rescheduled due to poor weather unless it is raining. Every effort will be made to reschedule your session in a timely manner. If you have paid a non-refundable retainer, it will carry over to your new scheduled date as long as it is within 45 days. 

If you decide to cancel your session or do not show up for your session, without contacting me a minimum of 8 hours in advance, I will not reschedule your session without a non-refundable retainer being paid. If you have paid a retainer, that will be forfeited.

How far are you willing to travel?

I live and photograph at various locations in Hamilton County. If you have a specific location you like outside of Hamilton County, I am happy to discuss traveling there for a minimum travel fee of $50.

What should I wear?

You should wear what makes you feel good about yourself and that you will be comfortable in! Neutrals are always a good choice especially if you like the light and airy style. I would recommend avoiding neon. If you have booked a family session, you should choose a coordinating color pallet for the members of your family to wear.

Can I bring my dog(s) to my session?

YES PLEASE!!! Dogs are family and I strongly encourage including them in both family and senior sessions if it can be done without causing them any emotional or physical harm.

What if I don’t know what to do in front of the camera?

No worries…we got this!!! I will shoot a variety of candid moments combined with natural posing, directing you every step of the way!

How many photos will I receive?

The number of edited image you will receive varies based on the session type. Please see the Investments section for more information.

How will I receive my pictures?

You will receive your edited images through an online gallery. You will be able to view, download and share your pictures with anyone you choose.

When can I expect my gallery to be delivered?

You will receive a sneak peek within 48 hours of your session! You can expect your full gallery to be delivered approximately 3 weeks after your session date.
